The Waller Creek Boathouse is one of Austin's unique venues, offering a quiet oasis that is nestled against Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin.
At the Boathouse you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddle-boards, learn how to row indoors in our rowing studio and out on the water in a rowing shell. Or take out an electric boat to see Austin from the water without breaking a sweat. Looking to just sit back and relax? Grab a drink and snack from our Cafe, then find yourself a seat on the patio where you can soak in the views. (Formerly Congress Avenue Kayaks) Hourly Rentals and Guided Tours are available every day from 8:00am-8:00pm. Last boat launches an hour before close.
